Mike Mancini is a Mental Performance Coach who brings a unique perspective shaped by his experiences as an athlete, coach, parent, and educator. A former baseball player and current recreational hockey player and golfer, Mike knows firsthand how the mental game impacts performance and enjoyment in sport. His challenges as an athlete sparked his passion for understanding mindset, while his role as a coach deepened his commitment to helping athletes unlock their potential. As a parent of two competitive athletes, he also recognizes the importance of mental performance in creating a positive and supportive athletic experience.

In addition to his coaching work, Mike has an extensive background in higher education, where he has helped students maximize their abilities both individually and in group settings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and is a certified Mental Performance Coach as well as a member of the International Mental Game Coaching Association.
